Garage door openers

An opener allows you to easily enter your garage from the comfort of your car. When choosing the best opener for your particular circumstance, the door weight is a major factor in terms of the horsepower required (HP) to open or close your door.

Screw drive opener

A screw drive opener utilizes a motor that turns a screw that opens and closes the garage door. Screw driven openers are easier to maintain as they don’t have many moving parts.

Chain driven openers

Chain driven openers utilize a similar system as the screw drive. A sprocket is driven by a gear that moves the chain that opens and closes the door. A chain driven opener is very strong; however, it can be noisy.

I unfortunately have not had a lot of experience with this type of companies. I was swindled by a previous one. I called Loves doors, they quoted an exact price for the issue I had discovered. Came out completed the task in a professional manner, no variation in quote. Pointed out the bad work I had done by the previous company. Informed my of the potential problems what would arise from this and left it at that. I have since then called him back he has corrected the problem and I have a well functioning door. Would definitely call him back and recommend him for your garage door needs.
